The Odisha state government has launched the Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana. The Odisha authority has launched the Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana to provide Health Insurance to all families in the Odisha state for up to INR 5 lakh. With the help of this scheme, the Odisha state government will help the financially unstable families of Odisha state to get Healthcare facilities for free. An estimated of 70 lakh beneficiaries across the audition state will avail of cashless treatment from various hospitals. The objective of Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana
The main objective of launching the Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana is to help the citizens of Odisha state get free Healthcare facilities from well-known hospitals. Under the scheme, all those people who will visit the state government health institution from district to sub-centre level will be provided all the healthcare services free of cost irrespective of their income. All the citizens of Odisha state are eligible to avail the benefits of the BSKY. The Odisha state government will provide an extra amount of INR 2 lakh to all female candidates under the BSKY.

Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana Enrollment Process
STEP 1: There is no direct enrolment process under the Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana. The applicant does not need to visit any official website to complete the enrollment process.
STEP 2: To enrol under the Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana the applicant must covered under NFSA / SFSS within Odisha.
STEP 3: All the families of Odisha state who are covered under the NFSA / SFSS are eligible to avail the benefits of Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana.
STEP 4: The applicant must hold a valid BSKY Smart Card that is distributed by the Odisha state government.
STEP 5: The applicants can also collect their BSKY Smart Health Card at designated Mo Seva Kendra by producing their valid NFSA/ SFSS Card.

Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana Online Apply 2024
STEP 1: To apply for the BSKY Online 2024 the applicant can go to the official website by clicking on the link here.
STEP 2: All the BSKY Smart Health Cards/ NFSA/ SFSS cards are eligible to fill out the application form on the official website.
STEP 3: If the data from the NFSA or SFSS cards is received by the government the government will start Aadhar authentication via IRIS or POS device.
STEP 4: The applicant or a family member of the applicant must give their fingerprint to the biometric scanner of the POS machine or the IRIS scanner to authenticate the beneficiary.
STEP 5: Once the fingerprint is collected by the government officials the applicant will complete their online application of Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana.
