STEP 1: All the applicants who clear the eligibility criteria must visit the official website and fill out the application form online to avail the benefits of the Ayushman Card.

STEP 2: Once the applicant reaches the homepage of the official website the applicant must do the login process.

STEP 3: After successfully login the new page will appear on your desktop screen the applicant must enter state, district, scheme name (PMJAY), PMJAY ID, Family ID, or Aadhaar number.

STEP 4: You can find the names of eligible citizens on the Ayushman Card List. Those without an Ayushman Card will be labeled as “Not-Generated” in the Card Status column.

STEP 5: The eligible citizens must click on the option action to start the KYC process.

STEP 6: The applicant must under their Aadhar card and a recent photo to complete the KYC process.

STEP 7: After entering all the details applicant must quickly review it and click on the option submit to complete their process.
