Maiya Samman Yojana Amount Increased:- The Jharkhand state government has increased the financial assistance under Maiya Samman Yojana. This scheme was launched by the Jharkhand state government to provide monthly financial assistance to all the financially unstable female citizens of Jharkhand state. Previously the Jharkhand State Government was providing a monthly financial assistance of INR 1,000 to all the beneficiaries under the scheme. But now before the state election, the Chief Minister of Jharkhand state Mr. Hemant Soren has increased the financial assistance of INR 2500 which is a significant increase from the previous amount. All the female citizens who want to avail the benefits of the Maiya Samman Yojana must fill out the application form.
Maiya Samman Yojana Latest Update
To help the female citizens of Jharkhand state even more the Jharkhand state authorities have decided to increase the total monetary incentive under Maiya Samman Yojana. The decision come was announced by the Chief Minister of Jharkhand state himself before the Assembly elections in the state. Before the update the female beneficiaries of Jharkhand state over receiving financial help of INR 12,000 per year but now they will receive a total of INR 30,000 per year. The beneficiaries under the scheme will receive the updated financial amount from the December installment. Because of this increment in financial assistance, the Jharkhand state government has to spend INR 90,000 crore to provide the amount to each beneficiary.

The main objective of increasing the financial assistance under the Maiya Samman Yojana is to uplift the lives of all the female citizens of Jharkhand state. With the help of more financial assistance, female citizens can buy more necessities and various commodities. According to the Government of Jharkhand state, a total of 50 lakh female citizens of Jharkhand State will receive the new financial assistance under the Maiya Samman Yojana.
