About Chandranna Pelli Kanuka Scheme
To decrease the discrimination among castes in Andhra Pradesh and increase intercaste marriages the Andhra Pradesh State government launched the Chandranna Pelli Kanuka Scheme. The financial assistance of up to INR 100000 will be given to the citizens who will get selected under the scheme. Financial assistance will be transferred directly to the selected applicant’s bank account. Process of Working
STEP 1: Bride and Bridegroom shall approach the DA/WEDPS in the Secretariat 30 days after marriage to apply for the Scheme or they can go to the official website and fill out the application form themselves.
STEP 2: Both the physical and online application forms will be transferred to the WEA/WWDS.
STEP 3: The WEA /WWDS shall do field verification, e KYC of the Bride, Bridegroom, and mother of the Bride, and upload the necessary documents
STEP 4: After the verification by WEA/WWDS, the application shall be forwarded to MPDO /MC.
STEP 5: The MPDO /MC shall verify all the documents and remarks by WEA/WWDS. After due verification, MPDO/MC shall forward the application to PD-DRDA.
STEP 6: The PD-DRDA shall verify the documents and forward the application for 6-step validation.
STEP 7: After the 6-step validation the applicants will be sent to the district collector’s office along with the application form.
STEP 8: After approval by the District Collectors, the approved application shall be forwarded to the respective State Welfare Corporations.
STEP 9: Payment will be processed by the respective Corporations to the mothers of the bride! bride, which is applicable.

STEP 1: To apply for the Chandranna Pelli Kanuka Scheme the applicants can visit the official website within sixty days and fill out the application form.
STEP 2: Once the applicant reaches the homepage of the official website the applicant must click on the option apply here.
STEP 3: A new page will appear on your desktop screen the applicant must enter all the details that are asked and attach all the necessary documents.
STEP 4: After entering all the details the applicant muscle review it and click on the option submit.
STEP 5: After submitting the application form will be sent to the concerned authority where the application form is reviewed.
STEP 6: If the applicants are selected for the scheme they will receive financial assistance transferred into their bank account.
