The Delhi Development Authority has introduced this program recently in the capital city of India. On July 11, the plan was accepted at the authority’s meeting, which was presided over by Lieutenant Governor V K Saxena. On an e-auction basis, DDA will sell roughly 250 residential apartments along with garages for cars or scooters. The apartments and garages, which are spread around some of Delhi’s most desirable neighbourhoods, are probably going to be reserved starting next month, according to an official. 39 HIG apartments in Vasant Kunj, Jasola (Pocket 9B), and Dwarka (Sector 19B) are part of the program, together with 48 MIG apartments in Jahangirpuri, Nand Nagri, Dwarka, and Pitampura, and 22 LIG apartments in Rohini. The authorities added that two SFS category-II apartments in Sector 18, Rohini, and Shalimar Bagh, as well as 66 EHS apartments in Pocket 9, Nasirpur Dwarka, would be available. In this article we will provide you all the information about this program.

Motive of DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme
The DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme’s main goal is to give Delhi’s several income groups especially the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), Lower Income Groups (LIG), Middle Income Groups (MIG), and High Income Groups (HIG) access to affordable housing options. By providing apartments at costs below market rates, the program seeks to alleviate Delhi’s housing scarcity and provide access to homeownership. The main goal is to make it more affordable for a greater variety of income levels to acquire a home in Delhi by offering housing units at prices below the going market rates. Particularly for individuals with low incomes, the program seeks to close the gap between Delhi’s housing supply and demand.
