The Delhi Development Authority has launched the DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2025. Are you looking to buy affordable flats in Delhi? Then, the Delhi Development Authority has introduced a new scheme for you. The new scheme introduced by DDA offers 177 flats to the citizens who belong to the LIG, MIG, and HIG households. All the presidential Flats available under the scheme are located at premium locations across Delhi, including Vasant Kunj, Dwarka, Rohini, Pitampura, Jasola, Ashoka Pahari, and others. The authorities will conduct an e-auction option to allow the citizens to purchase the flats under the scheme.
Objective of DDA Premium Housing
The main objective of launching the scheme is to allow the citizens of Delhi to purchase residential plots at various premium locations across the national capital. With the help of this scheme, the citizens who belong to the middle income and lower income household can purchase residential flats easily without any difficulty. To make the purchasing power of the citizens further enhanced, the DDA has decided to reduce the amalgamation rate from 10% of the circle rate to 1%. The scheme was launched on 11th July 2025 by the announcement of Lieutenant Governor V K Saxena.
