Since 2013, the state’s 12th pass students have been eligible for free laptops from the Higher Education Department of the Odisha Government through the Godabarisha Vidyarthi Protsahan Yojana. Eligibility Criteria
- The student applying to this program must be an Odisha native.
- Students wishing to apply under this plan must be members of the EVC, SC, ST, General, OBC, and SBC communities.
- To be eligible for the Godabarisha Vidyarthi Protsahan Yojana, a student must have passed either the Sri Jagannath Sanskrit University (SJSV) Upshastri Examination or the Higher Secondary Examination (Science, Arts, Commerce, or Vocational stream) administered by CHSE, Odisha, for that particular year.

STEP 1: If you are a new user to the State Scholarship portal, click Registration link for registration through the Aadhaar number and mobile number linked with that Aadhaar number. Existing user can click on the login button)
STEP 2: Enter the Aadhaar number and proceed further for registration. (ln case, one does not have an Aadhaar number, he/she should visit the nearest Aadhaar enrolment center for enrolment of Aadhaar)
STEP 3: Check the mobile (i.e.’, linked with the Aadhar number) or email to get the user’s ld. and password.
STEP 4: Click the login link at the portal and enter User lD and password received through SMS/mail to apply for the scholarship.
