The Jaipur Development Authority has launched the JDA Residential Plot Scheme Lottery Draw 2025. To provide various affordable plots of residences in Rajasthan state at various prominent locations the Rajasthan state government along with JDA has launched the JDA residential plot scheme. Under this scheme, the allotment of all the plots will be done based on the drawing of the lottery. This scheme is specially designed by the Rajasthan state government to provide benefits to citizens to belong to low or middle-income households. About JDA Residential Plot Scheme
The Jaipur Development Authority has launched the JDA residential plot scheme to provide residential housing units to the citizens. With the help of this initiative, the Jaipur Development Authority will provide affordable housing opportunities to residents who belong to financially unstable households. All the citizens of Jaipur city who belong to the LIG, MIG, and HIG households are eligible to avail of the benefits of the scheme. All the citizens of Jaipur city who want to apply for the scheme can fill out the application form from 13th May 2025. The last date to apply for the scheme is 16th June 2025.

Eligibility Criteria
- The citizens must be permanent residents of Rajasthan state and living in Jaipur for at least 10 years.
- The annual income of the citizen family must not exceed- the Government healthcare program
- EWS (Economically Weaker Section): Annual income up to INR 3,00,000.
- LIG (Low-Income Group): Annual income between INR 3,00,001 to INR 6,00,000.
- MIG-B (Middle-Income Group-B): Annual income between INR 12,00,001 to INR 18,00,000.
- HIG (High-Income Group): Annual income between INR 18,00,001 to INR 20,00,000.
- The citizens must be above the age of 18 years.
- The selected citizens or their spouses must not own a residential plot or house in Jaipur city.
