About Mukhyamantri Vayoshri Yojana
The Maharashtra state government announced the scheme to uplift the standard of living of all the financially unstable senior citizens of Maharashtra state. Under this scheme, the Maharashtra state government is all set to provide financial assistance of INR 3000 to all the senior citizens of the state. The financial assistance will be transferred directly to the selected applicant’s bank account. With the help of financial assistance, the senior citizens did not have to depend on anyone for their day-to-day expenses. According to the Government of Maharashtra state, a total of 1.5 million senior citizens of Maharashtra will avail the benefits under the scheme.

Upload Beneficiary Data (District Level)
A. District Login
- Open CM Vayoshree Mahait Portal, and press enter to log in to District Level.
- Once the Website opens, the user must enter their username and password in the designated login portion of the site.
- Once the District User enters their login credentials, an OTP will be given to their registered mobile number.
- The district user will input the OTP that they obtained via mobile.
- Following successful OTP entry and OTP button click, the user will be logged into the site.
B. Beneficiary Data Upload from District Login
- The district user has to click on the Upload Beneficiary Data tab
- After clicking on the Upload Beneficiary Data tab, the below screen will be displayed
- To enter the beneficiary data, the user must first download the pre-defined Excel file. By selecting the Download Sample File button, the district user may obtain the Excel file.
- The Excel file will download to the computer when you click the “Download Sample File” button.
- The district user has to open the downloaded Excel file and insert the beneficiary data strictly as per the defined columns and dropdowns present in Excel.
- The district user must enter the beneficiary data in the prescribed manner exclusively, with the Excel column headings indicated in red. The mandatory fields must not be left blank.
- The district user must save the Excel file to the system and upload it to the portal once the beneficiary data has been successfully inserted.
- The district user must click the Choose File button on the portal to open the window and upload the Excel file. The Excel file that needs to be posted to the portal must be chosen by the user.
- After selecting the file, the file name will appear on the portal which means the file is uploaded onto the portal
- The District User has to click on the Import Button available on the portal
- The beneficiary data will be posted to the portal upon selecting the Import option, and the number of successful and unsuccessful records will be shown.
Beneficiary Scrutiny Process
Steps to Perform Scrutiny on the Chief Minister Vayoshree Portal
- District Login
- To log into District Level, visit the portal – https://cmvayoshree.mahait.org/
- All district logins for the Social Justice and Special Assistance (SJSA) department have been made available by MahaIT.
- The user must enter their username and password in the login section of the web portal after it has opened on the screen.
- An OTP will be issued to the district login’s registered mobile number following the entry of their login credentials.
- The OTP that was sent to the district user’s mobile device will be entered.
- The user will successfully log into the portal after providing the OTP and selecting the Verify OTP option.
B. Bulk Aadhar Authentication-
- The user can perform the Aadhar Demographic Authentication in bulk.
- The user must select the Aadhar Authentication Tab in order to carry out Bulk Aadhar Authentication.
- The user must click the checkbox to choose every application. Once every application has been selected, the user must click the mass Aadhar Demographic Authentication button to authenticate Aadhar in mass.
C. Scrutiny- District Login
- The district user has to click on the Scrutiny tab
- After clicking on the Scrutiny tab, the below screen will be displayed
- The user must select the “Click Here” option to scrutinize the beneficiary application after the list of beneficiary records is displayed.
- Clicking the “Click Here” option will launch the beneficiary application.
- After the beneficiary application information has been confirmed, the district user has the option to accept or reject the application.
- The user must click the “Application Approved” button to approve the beneficiary application.
- In case of any discrepancy found in the application user can reject the beneficiary application by clicking on the “Application Rejected” button.
D. Bulk Approval Process-
- The user can approve the Aadhar Authenticated applications in bulk.
- The user must look for applications in the provided search box whose Aadhar Authentication Status is yes in order to approve the Aadhar Authenticated Applications.
- Next, the user must choose the applications that have been authenticated by Aadhar and click the “Bulk Approve” button.
- When you click the “Bulk Approve” button, the notice that follows appears.
- Do you wish to approve in bulk? Are you sure?
- After clicking on the OK button, applications will be approved in bulk and the below success message will be displayed
E. Remove Ineligible Beneficiary
- District users can remove the ineligible beneficiaries by using the Remove Ineligible Beneficiary Tab
- Clicking on the Remove Ineligible Beneficiary Tab list of uploaded beneficiaries will be opened
- When the “view” option is selected, the beneficiary application form appears.
- Before eliminating the recipient, the user must comment and click the Remove button.
- When a beneficiary clicks the remove button, their information is taken from the list, and the notice that follows is shown.
F. Login to the State Nodal Officer (SNO) Application for Fund Transfer Generation
- All district users’ approved applications will be visible in the State Nodal Officer (SNO) Login.
- A Request for Fund Transfer (RFT) against the beneficiaries may be generated by a state user.
- The State user will choose to Generate RFT and Download the RFT form by selecting the financial year, Month, Scheme name, and Action.
- State user will generate the RFT by clicking on the Proceed Button and the RFT will be generated against the beneficiaries.
