Objective of NTR Vidyonnathi Scheme
The main objective of launching this scheme is to provide financial assistance to students who want to pursue higher education but cannot due to financial troubles. All the applicants who belong to the scheduled caste, scheduled tribe, and OBC category are eligible true avail of the benefits of this scheme. Benefits will be given in 2 installments. The first installment is when the student’s report has been verified by the institute and the second installment is after the completion of the coaching. Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be up permanent resident of Andhra Pradesh.
- A seeker should possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/ Institute of State/ Central government.
- The annual income of the applicant’s family must not exceed INR 2 lakh.
- The minimum age of the applicant should not be less than 21 years and the maximum age should not be more than 37 years.
- The applicants must belong to economically weaker sections of society.
