Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria for General Category
- On the day the scheme is released, applicants must be at least eighteen years old.
- Unless otherwise mandated by the Indian or Uttar Pradesh governments, applicants must be Indian citizens or non-resident Indians.
- Candidates must present official documentation of their citizenship, such as a voter ID, passport, or Aadhar card.
- Plots and residential properties within the YEIDA jurisdiction cannot previously be owned by applicants.
- Under the plan, applicants are only eligible for one plot.
- Candidates may apply jointly with members of their immediate family, but documentation of this relationship is needed.
- If each spouse receives a plot, one of them must be turned in within a month.
Eligibility for prescribed reserved category candidates
- The applicant should be a citizen of India.
- The applicant should be at least eighteen years old on the day of application.
- Not possess any residential property or block of land covered by YEIDA the land that YEIDA purchased or acquired for the Jewar Airport project

Allotment Process
- Plot numbers will be drawn to complete the allocation procedure.
- There will be a separate draw for every category.
- The first draw should be held for all the candidates who have paid their payment totally in one shot.
- Following the conclusion of the first round, all un allotted plots will be subject to a second draw, which will be conducted for the applicants who have paid half of their total price.
- The third round will begin for all applicants who have paid 30% of their total cost if certain plots are still vacant.
Payment Process
There are 2 options given for the payment process, these two options are given below:-
- Option 1:- The applicants can make the 100% payment within 60 days from the date of the letter of intent, under this option the 2% discount will be given to the applicants.
- Option 2:- The second plan involves the installment payment plan. In this very particular option, the applicant can pay 30%( 10% EMD+ 20% allotment money) from the date of issue of letter of intent and balance amount which will be 70% of the total premium of the flat in five years in 10-half yearly installments.
Yeida Plot Built-Up Housing Scheme Apply Online
To apply online for this scheme you need to follow the below given procedure step by step:-
Step 1:- Applicants should visit the official Yeida website and complete the application form to apply online for the Yeida Residential Plot Scheme.
Step 2:- after that the applicant has to select the preferred/selected flat/house size, sector and block. The registration money will be calculated according to the preference which will be chosed by the applicant.
Step 3:- After the selection of a house/ flat the applicant has to fill in the details and upload the important documents like passport-size photographs, Aadhar card, PAN card, reservation category if any.
Step 4:- After attaching all the documents the applicant shall pay the registration fee(non-refundable) and 10% earnest money which will be adjustable through an online payment gateway.
Step 5:- After this a letter of intent will be issued as soon as the YEIDA processes the application and the applicant will be informed through SMS. The letter can be downloaded from the official website.
