The chief minister of Assam state Mr. Himanta Biswa Sarma is all set to introduce a new 20 lakh beneficiaries under the flagship Orunodoi 3.0 scheme. Now the total beneficiary under the Orunodoi 3.0 scheme will be 47 lakh. With the help of the Orunodoi 3.0 scheme, the Assam state government will provide more financial assistance and encourage the female citizens of the state. While announcing the scheme the chief minister of Assam state also emphasized boosting the agricultural sector of the state. The Assam state government will accept applications from new beneficiaries in September 2024.

The Assam state government announced the Orunodoi 3.0 scheme to provide further benefits to the female citizens of Assam state. Under this scheme, the financial system of INR 830 will be given to all the selected female citizens of Assam state.
