- Minimum qualification Class X Pass for general category (For candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC: up to class X)
- ITI, Polytechnic, Diploma in other Technical Courses, Post Graduates
- Degree Holders in Professional courses like Engineering, MBBS, BDS, Veterinary, Fisheries, Agriculture etc.
- Applicant should possess relevant skills, experiences, or knowledge to undertake the income-generating activities.
- Applicant must have a bank account opened before 1st April 2024.
- Applicant should not have defaulted on any loans from Co-operative and Nationalized Banks in the past.
- No more than one member per family can receive benefits under this scheme.
- Applicant must have valid registration in the Employment Exchange.
