To allow the citizens of Delhi, Noida, and nearby regions to purchase affordable housing units at premium locations, the Delhi Development Authority has introduced a new scheme called DDA Apna Ghar Awas Yojana 2025. With the help of this scheme, the citizens can easily purchase housing units or flats across various locations according to their income. All the flats under the scheme are available at top locations including Loknayakpuram, Siraspur, and Narela. About DDA Housing Scheme
The Delhi Development Authority housing scheme is a scheme that allows citizens to purchase affordable housing units across various premium locations. All the housing units and Flats available under the scheme will be given to the selected citizens on a First-Come, first-served basis. Under the DDA Apna Ghar Awaz Yojana, the authorities are providing a total of 7500 flats across locations, including Loknayakpuram, Siraspur, and Narela. All the citizens who belong to the EWS, LIG, MIG, and HIG groups are eligible to avail the benefits and apply for the DDA housing scheme. The citizens can start sending their applications from 20th May 2025.
Objective of DDA Apna Ghar Awas Yojana
The main objective of launching the DDA Apna Ghar Awas Yojana is to allow the citizens to purchase affordable housing units across premium locations. The citizen can apply for the scheme online from the comfort of their homes without visiting any government office and wasting their time and effort. To make the scheme even more reachable to all the citizens, the authorities have not put any kind of income limit under the scheme, except for the citizens who belong to the EWS category. The citizens who belong to the EWS category must have an annual income of less than INR 10 lakh.

Eligibility Criteria
- The citizens must be Indian citizens to apply.
- The citizens must have to be at least 18 years old on the last date of application and must be legally able to sign a contract.
- There is no restriction on owning land or built-up property in Delhi.
- The citizens applying under the EWS category must have a family income not more than ₹10 lakh per year. This applies to both the applicant and the co-applicant separately
- There is no income limit for other categories except EWS.
- Family income includes the income of the applicant and their spouse if married.
- The citizens must have a savings bank account in their own name and mention it in the application form.
- The citizens must have a PAN card issued under the Income Tax Act and mention it in the application form.
- In case of joint application under the disability category (Divyangjan), the main applicant must belong to that category.
- The joint applicant must be a family member such as a parent, blood relative, spouse, or dependent relative (including unmarried ones).

- STEP 1: All the citizens who want to avail the benefits of the DDA Apna Ghar Awas Yojana can visit the “DDA Website” and fill out the application form online.
