Cabinet Approved PM Awas Yojana Urban 2.0
The Union Cabinet of India has now approved the PM Awas Yojana Urban 2.0, which helps to provide housing facilities to financially unstable citizens. Under this scheme, the Government of India aims to build a total of 1 crore houses in urban areas of India. By launching this scheme the Government of India will make sure that the citizens of India will get a better quality of life. The financial aid will be given for the next five years to one crore urban poor and middle-class families to construct houses under the scheme. The objective of PM Awas Yojana Urban 2.0
The main objective of launching the PM Awas Yojana Urban 2.0 is to provide permanent housing to the homeless citizens of India. STEP 2: Once the applicant reaches the home page of the official website the applicant must click on the option apply now.

STEP 3: A new page will appear on your desktop screen you will be given two choices whether you want to check the status with Name, Father’s Name & Mobile No, or Assessment ID.
STEP 4: If you choose to check the status by father’s name the applicant must enter their state, district, father’s name, mobile number, and city name.
STEP 5: If the applicant chooses assessment ID the applicant must enter their assessment ID and mobile number.
STEP 6: After entering all the details the applicant must quickly review it and click on the option submit complete their process.
