PMAY Scheme Next Phase:- On September 13, 2024, Rural Development Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan announced the launch of the next phase of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), which aims to accelerate housing development across India. This new phase will commence with Prime Minister Narendra Modi distributing sanction letters to 20,000 beneficiaries in Jharkhand on September 15, 2024.
