Objective of TN Govt 1000 rs Scheme
The main objective of launching the TN Govt 1000 rs Scheme is to help male students pursue higher education in Tamil Nadu state. According to the Government of Tamil Nadu State, a total of 3.28 lakh male students will be selected under this scheme. To implement this scheme, the Tamil Nadu State authorities have put up a total budget of INR 360 crore. With the help of the financial assistance under the scheme, the students did not have to depend on anyone for their day-to-day expenses. Tamil Nadu 1000 rs Scheme Online Apply 2024
STEP 1: All the Students who clear the eligibility criteria must visit the official UMIS website to apply for the Tamil Nadu 1000 rs Scheme online.
STEP 2: Once the applicant reaches the homepage of the official website the applicant must enter their username and password.
STEP 3: The user name is the EMIS/UMIS number (you may get it from your respective institute nodal officer). For example, 9*******12. The default password is an 8-digit combination of the last 4 digits of their mobile number registered in UMIS and their year of birth. For example, if your mobile number is 9876-05-4321 and your DOB is 12/09/1999, then the password is ‘43211999’.
STEP 4: After getting the username the applicant can set up their password, enter the capture code, and click on the option login.
STEP 5: Now on the new page the applicant must enter their Aadhar card number and click on the option Send OTP.
STEP 6: The applicant must enter the OTP that they have received on the registered mobile number and click on the option verify.
STEP 7: The application form will appear on your desktop screen the applicant must enter all the details that are asked.
STEP 8: After entering all the details the applicant must quickly review it and click on the option submit to complete their process.
